Q: Has this business closed down?

The app doesnt seem to be working. I raised a concern with their Billing tema (support email was not available) - but havent received a response yet.

Great tool, it would be a shame if my fears are true.

Additionally, email support isn’t included in the Community tier. If your account is on the Community tier, you might not receive an email reply or not receive it within the guaranteed time window. 🙂
