I am confused by the marketplace on your site, the bots are on sale for a monthly fee? I thought we can create our own bots with this app?
2. Can we create bot to read Facebook Member's Question and automatically copy it across to Google Sheet and setup a rule to approve those that have answer the question and decline those who have not?

Yes, you can make your own TaskBots in ZeroWork creator (check app.zerowork.io), and you create these TaskBots on creator.zerowork.io.
Once you finish building your TaskBots, you can publish them on the marketplace and start gaining revenues. But that's completely optional.
