Jun 27, 2024A: I just double checked the upgrade logic and it works. Do you mean that you tried to upgrade from tier 1 to 2? Can you log out of the application, hit reload and view your account information again?

We really wanted to get the new videos and the new documentation pages ready by Black Friday, but couldn't make it because releasing the new version in the best form we could produce was a higher priority and took longer.
We plan to finish updating the documentation (docs.zerowork.io) by mid of this week and upload new videos by end of this week.
Awesome, I tried to upgrade my account but it looks like it doesn't work. I wrote support, could you check for me??
Update: The documentation at docs.zerowork.io has been updated and is fully up to date now.
(And the new tutorials are still in the making.)
