This tool is one I no longer use because it is complex and not easy for non-coders.
1. LLM integration only accepts ChatGPT, with no open router to choose my own model, and no option to connect my own offline model via LM Studio or Ollama.
2. There are no prebuilt templates, which makes it harder to start. Most other RPA tools have premade templates that help users get started faster. I have watched the guides and videos but still couldn’t get my use case working. They don’t offer real support since they direct you to their Discord, where I have asked questions but only received vague answers, never direct help.
3. There is no AI chat to template builder; it would be great if you could chat with their own trained LLM model and talk about your use case to automatically build your flow. However, everything is still manual and tedious.

Overall, I like the concept but do not like how it is built. It is not beginner-friendly for RPA. Hopefully, they will improve the platform to make it easier for beginners to get started.
