Shocked and in Awe

I'm not a standard use case for RPAs, and admittedly, I didn't even really know much about them until recently as they have no bearing on my career or hobbies. However, as someone who does a lot of writing and research in my free time for various articles and soon a couple of books, my digital piles of unsorted notes, bookmarks from Social media, transcripts, etc., have gotten... out of control. My Dewey Bookmarks for Twitter alone sits around 9k, and I stopped putting them in folders far too long ago.

So, enter Appsumo and a few options like U-Xer, Taskmagic, and ZeroWork. I thought if I could use AI to analyze contents and select from a list of folders to file and tag items, that would be great, even if I knew there would be "bad" filings mixed in. The hard part was, how do I get it to do that AND file said bookmarks/documents/transcripts without me touching anything directly?

I tried Taskmagic, but, again, it's a hobby for me, so my budget is limited. This means I can't access most of TaskMagic's big hitters, and the 10 total file downloads were crushing... Nevertheless, I gave it a whirl and just didn't find its knowledge base to be systematic or linear enough, and scraping even simple things wasn't working as I thought. Loved the support and look, but I thought I could try the other two above and see where I got.

U-Xer was far more straightforward, and though limited, the fact it runs locally and can do ANYTHING on my desktop, not just on the web, has been perfect for bridging the gap in some of my needs. However, it's not that robust and I needed a few more web options, like scraping, so that brought me to ZeroWork.

Sweet, sweet, mercy, what a beast this is. Again, I'm a hobbyist who knows virtually nothing about RPA, but I watched (2) four-minute videos and understood the basics enough to build an entire workflow to scrape my Dewey bookmarks, drop them into an AI Chatbot, have it reply with the folder that fit it best, and then go back to Dewey and file that tweet in said folder.

Today I spent another 30 minutes understanding loops and have it set to run repeatedly in small bursts while I tend to other tasks.

You have no idea how helpful even just this ONE use is, but I can already tell Zerowork will be incredibly helpful in the filing and organization I need, as well as future research gathering and organization.

Thank you, Zerowork team, for this brilliant product.

Woah, what a fantastic review. I'm so excited to read that, for one, it did not take you long to get started and, for another, that you built a TaskBot that saves you time and money! 🙌 Thank you so much for sharing this! ❤️
