Simple and Handy Data Scraper that runs Locally

Following is my breakdown of pros, cons and how it fares to its competitors.

Pros:
1) Easy to get started, simple to use - The tool itself is pretty simple and straight forward. Onboarding in terms of account setup is quick
2) Decent documentation and tutorials - The developer has made a significant effort to not only create the tool, but also invested enough time and effort into teaching how to use the tool with use-cases.
3) Replaces webscraper.io chrome extension in functionality - In terms of what can be achieved functionally, ZeroWork can easily replaces webscraper.io's free chrome extension, which kinda does a lot but is super limited in loops and expanded functionality.
4) Since its locally hosted, you're not subjected to limits that hexomatic, browse.ai or any other scraping tool puts you in terms of the amount of data being scraped.
5) Founder seems super dedicated
6) Founder seems to have monetization plans already in place to grow the entire ecosystem

Cons:
1) No pre-built Task-bot - For new users who do not know how to scrape, pre-built task bots, even the ones in your tutorial videos would be a great start.
2) 1 User only - unlike other deals (Robomotion RPA etc,) this is for only 1 user
3) More work can be done in CSS selectors and visual pointers - even local chrome extension like webscraper.io does a better job in being able to select variables/parameters. Acquiring css selectors using a 3rd party tool or no visual selector is a big miss and something that can be improved.
4) The deal also kinda feels like we are paying to be a contributor to ZeroWork's marketplace. Of course, that is great for the devs and the tools sustainability, but more value needs to be added in terms of all of the above cons to make it a really good deal. More pre-built taskbots, more users allowed for tier 2, make it more visually selectable (click and select)

Against Hexomatic -
ZeroWork has no limits in terms of data scraped etc
Hexomatic is more visual, cloud-based and also integrates to many tools
Hexomatic also fails miserably most of the time on many sites that have scraping protection
Hexomatic is also cloud based and has its own limits

Against Browse.ai -
ZeroWork has no limits in terms of data scraped etc
Browse.ai has the best visual pointers and selectors experience in terms of the UI itself
Browse.ai is also cloud based and has its own task run limits

Verdict - For the price, its an okay deal, if they work on the cons and enable visual pointers and selectors, similar to browse.ai - it'd be super awesome.

Hi ankitsjbrana,

Thank you for your detailed review.

The cons that you described from your user perspective are golden. 💜 Yes, I very much agree that our CSS selector selection needs work, and we are also working on a feature to enable templates.
