The product itself is interesting and has good potential. The concept is solid and, when it works, it delivers value.
Unfortunately, the support is extremely weak.
I opened a ticket because:
Webhooks were not working
Email alerts had stopped being sent
It took more than one month to receive a response.
When they finally replied, they simply asked whether the issue had been resolved — even though it had never been fixed.
I tried to reply to the email to continue the support process, but the mailbox does not accept responses. This means I would have to start the entire support process again and potentially wait another month for a reply.
At that point, I decided to give up.
It’s a real shame because the product has potential, but without reliable support, it’s difficult to trust it for production use.
I sincerely hope they improve their customer support, as it makes all the difference.
