All that talk about coding poured cold water all over my interest.
I guess the webinar was done a year ago, so has there been any improvements to the usability and intuitiveness of Ziggeo for those like me whom are not programmers?
Your website says $399p/m for the pro plan, If I was paying that monthly I would expect a product that was a hundred times slicker and easier to use than the impression I got from the webinar.

What does users refer to? Is it the number of people who can submit videos or the number of people who can manage the videos received?

What is the difference between users and sub accounts?

Are Recorded/Uploaded Video minutes counted when someone uploads a video or when we accept/approve and process it?

If I delete a video within a month, will it still count towards my limit or only the existing videos?

Can I purchase additional stacks whenever I need to, even if the deal is no longer available on AppSumo?

If I reach my Video Record/Upload limit and need more time, can I pay for additional minutes?

comment: I just managed to send videos from vimeo via zapier (action: create ziggeo video) to a specific Ziggeo video wall. Love that feature !!!
2. Question: the Ziggeo appsumo deal includes "keeping" my videos only for 1 year, then they will be automatically removed from my Ziggeo account, right ? Sometimes a video wall becomes a valuable asset on my webpage and then it will just be deleted. I know i get an info before it will deleted. But is there a way to keep them longer and keep that video wall alive and how should i organize that ? best regards Marc
