I successfully got Ziggeo working on one site (stacked 5 codes and regret it deeply). Used the same method to integrate the saas onto another site.

Unfortunately the app will not function properly on the new site. It will only work properly when viewed on desktop and when switching to "desktop" mode on mobile device.

I've reached out to support multiple times over the course of 2 weeks attempting to get assistance and resolution.

I've provided detailed information with the issues I'm experiencing but response time is prohibitively slow rending the service of no value to me.

I've had to purchase an other product (Socialjuice) with the hopes of finally getting a service that actually works. Incredibly disappointed with the product, considering the price point I paid. I consequently do not recommend this product.

Documentation is incomplete and poor. And it makes it difficult to get up and running. It's suppose to be as easy as "install wordpress plugin and start recording posts" -- except... that doesn't work out of the box (after over an hour, I have given up and will wait for tech support). It's not a plugin or theme collision -- I'm using a fresh install of wordpress with no plugins and the default theme.

The dashboard is hard to use; and sometimes I get watermarks to work and other times I can't. I haven't been able to automate anything, and I have to go into the dashboard to record a video and manually process the "automatic" things. I'm sure it's possible -- you just won't find easy answers on the "how".

I found this deal and thought it was utterly amazing, so what I plan to do with this software is to make it easy for clients to create testimonials from their phone, computer, iPad, tablet, or other device. I confirmed with them on Twitter that what I perceived that this could do is actually what it can do. This has a potential to be a game changer when it comes to that particular use case.

From reviewing the particular website and the product, there's potentially a lot more that it can be used for from the video standpoint, but being able to capture video from clients, prospective clients, and other parties efficiently and easily, is pretty awesome!

The life time deal is great value for money in such an established product with 5 plus years track record.

Although I could see the potential of Ziggeo from the beginning, I knew I would probably struggle with it. But I also knew with a bit of time I would get it working, at least the base feature I need for now. The truth is I have been pleasantly surprised by how friendly and willing the team at Ziggeo has been to help me. I have to give a shout out to "Karan Bansal" who patiently helped me solve my video/screen recording form issue and got it working. It required a number of emails back and forth but we got there, and I am now happy with it. I should also say Bane has also been great at answering questions and helping me understand the product.

However, I think I am just scratching the surface. I know I could do so much more with this product. My suggestions to Ziggeo team - makes tons of How To videos. It will stop you going crazy getting the same questions from people like me ;)

Also, for me it's not just the product. Often the team behind the product can make the world of difference. And if Ziggeo continue having a good team that is patient with customers, then it's going to do amazing things. Good luck guys.
