P2Q: Does this work with Instagram and FB or its Messenger sidekick?
1) What else will this work with in the next year or two? Like how about LINE APP?
2) How is this different from others on AS like for example Snoooz if you have any advice or comments.
3) Is Tier 2 enough for the beginning and if I outgrow this, will there be say for example an extra $10 add on monthly or what can I get for that if I outgrow this limit?

Yes, it works with Instagram and Messenger via DMs today. Coming soon: replies to comments AND comment-to-DM flows, which is a big one for engagement.
On what's next, TikTok Shop and Voice are the next channels in the pipeline. After that it really depends on where we see the most opportunity and user demand. LINE could absolutely be on the list if there's enough traction, so feel free to upvote it as a request!
On Snoooz, honestly I hadn't come across them before so I took a quick look. From what I can see they use Intercom for chat, which means it's either not their core focus or it's a more basic implementation. What I can point you to instead is our Shopify App Store reviews, where you'll find brands consistently saying the AI quality blows everything else they've tried out of the water, from newer tools to established players.
On Tier 2, it's a solid starting point and if you outgrow it while the deal is still live you can upgrade to the next tier directly. Once the deal closes, you'll be able to top up with reply add-ons on AppSumo. You won't be left without options. 🙏
