Q: I wish it connected to WhatsApp via QR Code as well
I wish it connected to WhatsApp via QR Code as well, not a fan of the meta pricing model for API... Is this on the roadmap as well? What about using an external API service that does connect WhatsApp via QR Code? Would that work?

we can only connect via the official Meta api, not via QR code.
However, if you don’t plan to send out marketing campaigns and use us for support only - there is no cost associated with whatsapp - its completely free.
