Zoho Vault is a cloud-based, secure password manager that helps you securely manage personal, corporate, or family passwords and files.

Vault uses host-based protection to safeguard your data. This means your data is securely encrypted and decrypted. After creating your account, Vault lets you create a single master password that gives you access to your Zoho Vault account.

Thus, any passwords or files you store in your Vault remain entirely private and can only be accessed or decrypted with your master password. Even Zoho cannot access your data because the master password is not stored anywhere in Vault. This ensures strong protection and complete confidentiality.

With its Password Generator feature, Zoho Vault allows you to easily create strong passwords. Each time you open a new account on a website or web application, it automatically generates a secure password and saves it (with your permission).

And thanks to the automation feature, every time you log in to a website where you already have an account, the Zoho Vault automatically fills in your password through Auto login and Password Autofill. This eliminates the need to write down or remember a password for each site.

The Document Backup feature allows you to save important documents and information to your Zoho Vault. Adding to the file or password management by sorting feature, you can categorize and sort your files or even passwords by folder for easy retrieval.

Vault also allows you to strengthen the security of your passwords. It evaluates the security level of your passwords and provides you with the ability to choose a more secure password if needed. To further strengthen access protection, you have the option to enable two-factor identification.

The collaboration and sharing features allow you to set up alerts to ask your colleagues to reset their passwords according to your company policy. Therefore, you will be able to manage your collaborators' passwords and those of your customers' accounts for easier collaboration and sharing.

Role and permission assignment, through IP Restriction and Bulk Sharing, allow you to assign roles and permissions to different users in your team, for the duration of your choice, for authorized IP addresses so that sensitive identification data remains in the right hands.
