finally a way to create surveys with unlimited websites

I love the offline features, the fact that no matter the device used the survey are reachable from anywhere without issues and limitations (accessible through sms and QRcode to facilitate the access), the reporting side especially to see and analyze the trends. Zonka Feedback changed and improved my way of working so far.
The only downside is having limits based on visitors but i do no have that reach currently so ideally other than this.. the deal it's perfect

there are things to improve (nothing is perfect and there is always a margin of improvement) but I´m confident that the product will evolve based on the shared roadmap

One of the best feedback tools I've tried

I needed a powerful tool to gather and analyze the data from the attendees to my workshops, as well as my coaching customers. Zonka went beyond my expectations, and is the only tool i use now for this purpose. also the roadmap is very exciting, and i'm sure the tool will keep improving.

Love Zonkafeedback

Zonka feedback is an amazing software, I love it. So far my experience with it has been nothing short of great.
The customer support team is super quick to respond to any questions I had so far and they were able to help me solve any question or problem I had almost immediately.
I scheduled a demo with one of the employees and he showed me how to set up customized surveys.
The platform is super intuitive and user friendly, but there is also a lot of options that I haven't explored yet.

So far I just use it to create surveys for my website. Haven't used it for email or sms surveys yet. Will make an update on the software later on.

one of the best feedback tools

I have used many feedback and survey tools but zonka feedback ui ux is just so good. I loved using this platform and it has offline features which we are mainly using for our physical store.

Not the best but still a 5 taco deal.

I bought Zonka Feedback, Qwary, and YouEngage knowing that there are similarities and some differences in each platform feature and the limits for their appsumo deals.

Within 1 minute of signing up I was offered:
If you provide a 100+ word review on AppSumo, Zonka will increase your Website Visitor Limits by 2x. For me that means 1,000,000 web surveys per month. WOW! Then if you leave a review on review and recommendation at G2 and Capterra, Zonka will upgrade you for free to all our new, upcoming growth plan features including Workspaces, Custom Report Builder, Custom Survey Link Builder, Language Translator and more.

For Zonka I like the following features:
1) Easy to use, intuitive
2) Templates that give us a headstart
3) cname
4) adding logic to survey questions
5) Mobile App for Android and iOS
6) KIOSK mode works online and offline (when offline it queues and syncs later) real time feedback and collaboration with team members (although it would be nice if the user counts were also increased with reviews)
7) Locations, where we can run location specific surveys and also assign users to locations. I haven't figured out how to limit admin users to a specific location yet. the admins see all locations.

For Zonka I wish for the following features:
1) I wish the 4 Offline devices limit is also doubled with reviews because I am not sure if we can have an unlimited number of devices running the iOS/Android app in Kiosk mode as long as they are online.

2) I wish they had a question type with numbers as the expected answer so we can do calculations and/or hidden calculated fields.

3) At first, I was excited to see additional language options in the survey builder. However, I was disappointed when I found out it did not auto translate my English questions to the other languages. You have to manually design each survey question in whichever additional languages you select.

Overall, I like this deal and I am hopeful that Zonka Feedback will keep getting better.
