Q: Hey, Jay! What is the cost to include cart abandonment and remove "Powered by Zyvie" link?
Jay: Having these features are important to me and others in our community. As such, it would be great if you can let me/us know what it would take to include them. Hopefully, you can offer us a special deal :-)
Cart abandonment recovery Remove "Powered by Zylvie" hyperlink
The only plan with full white label is the Powerhouse Plan.
Cart abandonment recovery is available on Tier 5.
If you're already on Tier 5, email us and we'll see what we can do about white label (keeping in mind that we also want to be fair to our Powerhouse users who paid full price).
The "cost" is to subscribe to the highest monthly plan, what is normal / understandable for sustainability purpose. As sumolings, the tiers are already great deals. If we reach the max sales amount, it won't be a problem to subscribe for $49/month :)
Hi There, I can help translating to Arabic, if you would prefer..! BTW# RTL not depending on the browser only, it needs to add it to App’s code and CSS style..! That could be done easily.. Hope you applying that in the coming updates.. Thanks Anwar

Q: Instalment (split) payment plan
Hi, does it support split (instalment) payment plan where buyers can choose to pay in multiple instalments or one time full payment? For example: pay in full $997 or 3 payments of $350.
We mostly sell video tutorials (1GB-3GB per file). Question is can you increase upload limit so that we can store / host it to deliver (fulfil) the order?
You'll probably need to host them elsewhere, but you can still use Zylvie for the checkout and upsell process.
Honestly services like Google Drive and YouTube are a lot more suited to hosting large video files, and a lot of our users with large files do just that (sell through Zylvie, host files elsewhere).
Hi, some questions: 1. How much storage limit is per tier? 2. Can we add (embed) a video on product page? I can not find any example? 3. Where is your knowledgebase page? We can not find any from your webiste? 4. Can we do multiple one-click upsell, downsell funnel (similar to ClickFunnels)? For example: After they paid for the main offer --> Take them to upsell page with 1 click purchase button --> They say NO, then take them to downsell --> They say YES, then show 1 more last upsell. Can we do that?
1. 150 MB limit for file uploads for now, but there's no storage limit at this time.
But PLEASE let us know if you're going to upload a lot of stuff, we'll work with you to accommodate you, but we need to have prior notice.
Most of our users upload light files like PDFs and templates, we just need a little heads-up to monitor the performance of the server.
2. Yes, you can embed a YouTube video on the product page. It must be uploaded on YouTube first.
3. We don't have a knowledge base for now. Our product should be pretty self-serve, but if you hit a snag, just drop us a message in the chat widget or write us an email, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
4. Downsells isn't a feature yet, but we'll definitely look into it in Q1 2025.
Hi, can we add integrations with Albato, Tarvent? We use Albato.com for automation (similar to Zapier) and use Tarvent.com for email marketing. I see Zylvie does not have any of those integrations yet. Can you add those? Please let me know, thanks
That one seems to be a popular request among LTD users.

Q: Sell subscription/SaaS products
Sell subscription/SaaS products I'm totally loving the features for selling digital products and the ability to generate license keys that customers will need to activate their product. I'm not sure if the API validation will work on my end, so I may need to activate products manually. Will I be able to track customers and the license keys issued to them so that if they're refunded, I can easily identify them and deactivate them from using the product? How best to accomplish this with ease; activation and deactivation as needed?
Q: Nice platform, but a few questions about plan features, etc.
First of all, the 5-star reviews on your site don't appear legit. For example, you show 5-stars on TrustPilot, but only actually have a 3.7 overall rating and one 5-star review that was posted back in September of this year.
In-built affiliate/referral system It appears this system will only allowed for inviting affiliates via email. I didn't see feature for creating affiliate/referral links, which would be much easier and a "best practices" approach to sell through affiliates at scale, and not be inviting them through individual emails. Did I miss something here? This feature would otherwise be cumbersome to use.
White-labeling/Custom domain Just curious to know, what is the additional cost to completely remove the "Powered by Zylvie" from everywhere?
1. We'll update our TrustPilot badge, but I disagree with your insinuations of deceptiveness and dishonesty, because the way TrustPilot calculates stars is dubious to begin with. Literally by your own admission we have 1 review there and it's 5 stars. If it were Yelp, Google, G2, Capterra, etc. etc., it would have been 5 stars, because that's the industrial standard.
2. Our affiliate system is built based on our user base feedback. This is how they wanted it. We'll review if a change is necessary in the future, if sufficient demand emerges.
3. The reason we can even survive this long to provide our deal at our price is because we have in-product attribution, which allows us to sustain ourselves with a small-to-no marketing budget.
Have a look around, you won't find another deal with a feature set as complete as ours at our price point. Look at AppSumo, RocketHub, SaasZilla, private groups, wherever else people buy LTDs.
We're aware of this, and so are all of our active users.
They know it's simply not possible to give away everything for $59 (of which we only earn 45%), have it last a "lifetime" (5+ years and beyond), new features added all the time, tip-top support, and then we have to constantly grow our MRR too otherwise LTD users get antsy that we'll go belly up anytime, come on -- there's always a compromise somewhere.
Our users are happy to support us on our journey, and they're killing it on our platform, some already getting 100x ROI and beyond within a few months.
Our cart abandonment and upsell features put money in their pockets hand-over-fist with clear measurable ROI. The value is unmistakable and undeniable.
So in short, unfortunately full white label isn't something that we can offer at this price point.
If this is a critical requirement, I'm not sure we're a good match, as Zylvie just isn't for everyone.
The whole point of the free market is we're free to pick and choose who we do business with, and I'm sure there are other options out there that will fulfill your needs.
Hey, Jay! Don't take offense to my comments about the reviews thing. It was just something that jumped out at me and it was not purposely intended to say or insinuate that there's deceptiveness or dishonesty in your deal :-). I totally hear you regarding your other points. We're here to support you and take the journey with you. I do think that the platform is still worth the buy.
All good, just need to clarify a few things, it's not that we want to nickel-and-dime our users, but certain things are the way they are for a reason, and often an important reason.
We like to go above and beyond to serve our customers, the only exception really is when our own survival/sustainability is at stake.
Also, I was hoping that the referrals feature would allow me to pay "referrers" or affiliates only after a certain period has elapsed; e.g., 14 days, etc. In this way, I'm not paying them for sales that had to be refunded.
We actually have a 30-day due period for affiliates, meaning just because a commission is "earned" doesn't mean it's immediately "due."
We follow the industrial standard here (e.g. guys like Rewardful, Partnero, etc.), because we understand not only will there inevitably be refunds but there might also be disputes, hence a buffer period is necessary.

Q: question about white label and zylvie branding
Hello dear Zylvie team,
I have Tier 5 and would like to know how I can implement White Label. I have integrated my own domain via CNAME, but it still says "Powered by Zylvie" everywhere. How can I remove that?
We understood white-labeling to mean using your own domain name, but apparently a small group of customers took it to mean using your own domain name AND "no Zylvie branding whatsoever."
After I looked it up, the actual definition aligns with the latter description, but that is definitely not what we meant.
We're a tiny operation who are just trying to survive, it's not like we're some greedy large corporation trying to nickle-and-dime our customers, and in-product attribution is a crucial strategy to ensure our sustainability and ability to offer our products at such an affordable and impossibly-cheap price.
Go look anywhere else -- you won't find what we offer at this price point and at this feature set. But the ability to offer such a robust product at this impossibly-low rate comes with a trade-off.
The vast majority of our customers (>95%) understand this and are more than happy to support us in this way, and this symbiotic relationship has allowed us to succeed together, and we're grateful and appreciative for their unwavering support.
If you insist on white-labeling your entire site, we offer an add-on option on our site, the Powerhouse Plan, that will allow you to remove all branding whatsoever from your storefront: https://zylvie.com/pricing
Otherwise it would sadden us to see you go, but you can also request a refund from AppSumo if we aren't a good match.
Regarding the white-label functionality, particularly for the AppSumo Tier 5 plan:
In the product description on AppSumo, it was explicitly mentioned that the Tier 5 plan includes white-label capabilities, not just the ability to use a custom domain (CNAME). There was no mention that removing "Powered by Zylvie” branding would require an additional fee or an upgrade to the Powerhouse plan.
The listing for sure needs to remove reference to "White-labeling/Custom domain" as this is misleading; especially if we're being charged an additional fee for this feature. The whole purpose of White-labeling/Custom domain is so that we can feature our own brand under our own domain (CNAME) with no reference to any other brand.
White-labeling/Custom domain is a high demand feature by our community. By not including it as part of the LTD; especially in the higher tiers (Tier 3 and above), will surely hurt your sales and not be worthy of 5 tacos :-( Take it from someone who has more than 400 products purchased on AppSumo and very well knows the buyer mentality and use cases :-)
Q: I'm in Europe, want to charge in USD, getting error. Also - multiple currencies?
Hi I'm in Europe and I want to sell in USD. When I set up the products and went to verify the checkout, I got an error message (below). I use Stripe. I can't figure out how to fix it.
Also, how do we set up multiple currencies? Ideally region-based? Would that fix the issue?
Thank you. Otherwise, I'm really looking forward to using it! -- 500 Internal Server Error
Sorry, the server encountered the following error:

Either correct the provided currency, or use a different PaymentIntent to accept this payment method type. Traceback: <traceback object at 0x7f4a201a5b80>
The error is caused by enabling Klarna for USD products.
As the error says:
"The payment method type klarna only supports the following currencies: eur, dkk, gbp, nok, sek, czk, ron, pln, chf."
USD isn't listed, so all you have to do is to go to your Settings > Preferences > Payment Methods > (disable) Klarna, Save Changes, and the error should go away.
Do you have any integration for Buy Now Pay Later systems , like Affirm and others, that allow people to break down high ticket items over several payments.
Encharge integration is a great suggestion, we'll see if we can work on that soon!
In the meantime, if you need to integrate with Encharge, you can use a workflow software like Zapier, Pabbly, Make.com, etc. (assuming you're familiar with them) as an intermediary to integrate with Encharge.
You only need to set this up once, and then it runs auto-pilot on its own.
I'm unfamiliar with Acadle LMS, or if any of our users use it.
But as a checkout solution, I'm sure we can integrate with it just fine as part of our automatic post-purchase fulfillment.
You can automatically grant access to your buyers post-purchase via several methods, such as sending login details, redirecting to a success URL, performing some automated workflow via Zapier, Make, Pabbly, webhooks, etc. etc.

1) Can you share examples of stores built on your platform? It'd be helpful, in particular, to see the various design options.
2) Do you provide the ability for us to display a cookie consent banner to end users so that they can accept/decline cookies? This is important for compliance with privacy laws.

They do look a bit template-y for now, but boy do they rake in money, which is what really matters.
2. Yes, we offer the option to turn on/off GDPR cookie banners.
3. Yes, you can integrate with Google Analytics for sure, FB pixels as well, anything you want really.

Q: do you support RTL ?
OR ARABIC LANGUAGES!
Jay_from_Zylvie
Aug 19, 2024A: Hi there,
We don't have localization for Arabic yet.
However, if you can help us with the translation file, I'm sure we can get it up and running in a few days.
As for RTL, I believe that's a browser setting, meaning if the browser detects an RTL language (like Arabic), it automatically displays it RTL.

Q: PickAxe on AppSumo allows Embedding how would I sell the SaaS it creates in Zylvie?
How would it connect to Zylvie Cart exactly? Their official website: https://www.pickaxeproject.com/
Jay_from_Zylvie
Dec 31, 2024A: Hi Jake,
That's a broad question, and I'm admittedly unfamiliar with Pickaxe.
That said, you can sell any SaaS through Zylvie, so long as you create the product and plans in Zylvie itself first.
Once you do that, you can link your buy button in your SaaS app to your Zylvie checkout page.
You can generate checkout links on your Products page in Zylvie.
This will be the easiest way for you to sell your SaaS plans and also manage them (e.g. cancel, switch plans, refund, etc.) using Zylvie.
Hope this brief explanation gives you an overview!

Dec 19, 2024A: Hi Sarah,
The error is caused by enabling Klarna for USD products.
With thanks,
Jay

Gotcha, thanks for your answer. Also, it would be really great to have multiple currencies - is that something on the road map?
Many other checkouts have multiple currency options, and can ID the relevant region - and propose the payment options for those regions.
I hope that's coming here - it would be awesome to see Zylvie really take off! Thanks!
Hi Sarah,
As discussed in email, yes, we're definitely studying the feasibility of multi-currency options during checkout.
Thank you for providing us with your candid feedback.
With thanks,
Jay
Q: Why are some options not available in all TIERs?
"localize your stores in multiple languages", "Bulk upload products, images, and files" and "Sell subscription products" only in Tier 5?
when your basic Hustler plan offers this on your site. This should also be the case for all TIERs. that would be logical.

Yes. Any update about it?
Q: Integration with other BNPL systems
Do you have any integration for Buy Now Pay Later systems , like Affirm and others, that allow people to break down high ticket items over several payments.
Jay_from_Zylvie
Dec 17, 2024A: Hi there,
Yes, we do -- we offer Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm.
Also if you want to do a rent-to-own model for high-ticket items, you can as well (e.g. $100/mo for 6 months).
Hope this clarifies.
With thanks,
Jay

Wonderful. This just earned an upgrade. Will you please also integrate with Encharge email system? That would be the complete icing.
Hi there,
Encharge integration is a great suggestion, we'll see if we can work on that soon!

Also, include other BNPL with European countries.
Q: Would you add Alipay or Wechat Pay as payment gateway for users from Mainland China?
Jay_from_Zylvie
Dec 15, 2024A: Hi there,
That's a great suggestion, we haven't had any Chinese users suggesting this yet, but we'll definitely look into it!
With thanks,

Q: Have you had anyone use Zylvie with Acadle LMS for course subscriptions or one-off purchases?
Acadle is currently being sold on this platform as well. I'm just curious whether you know anyone who has used Zylvie with it.
Jay_from_Zylvie
Dec 4, 2024A: Hi there,
I'm unfamiliar with Acadle LMS, or if any of our users use it.
But as a checkout solution, I'm sure we can integrate with it just fine as part of our automatic post-purchase fulfillment.
You can automatically grant access to your buyers post-purchase via several methods, such as sending login details, redirecting to a success URL, performing some automated workflow via Zapier, Make, Pabbly, webhooks, etc. etc.
Hope this answers your question!
With thanks,
Jay
