Hi, I'm based in Egypt and want to sell digital products to customers in the US and Europe. Since Stripe isn't available to me, can your platform accept customer payments and allow me to withdraw my earnings through Payoneer, similar to Amazon or Etsy? If not, what payment and withdrawal options are available for Egyptian sellers?

Zylvie doesn’t work like Amazon or Etsy. We’re not a merchant of record, so we don’t collect customer payments on your behalf or pay you out via Payoneer (or any other withdrawal method).
Instead, you connect your own payment processor, and customer payments go directly to that account:
1. Stripe — best option if available where you’re based, but Stripe isn’t available in Egypt.
2. PayPal — if you can receive business payments with a PayPal account in your situation, you can connect it to Zylvie and get paid that way. Availability and receiving rules in Egypt depend on PayPal’s own policies, so please confirm with PayPal that your account can receive commercial payments.
3. Manual / off-platform payments — you can enable this at checkout and instruct buyers to pay you outside Zylvie (e.g. Wise, bank transfer, Payoneer, etc.). You then mark the order as paid so fulfillment runs. This is the most flexible option if Stripe/PayPal don’t work for you, but payment collection is handled by you, not by Zylvie.
So in short: we can’t accept payments for you and withdraw to Payoneer. For Egyptian sellers, the realistic paths are PayPal (if your account can receive) and/or manual payments with your own payout method.
If you want, tell me whether PayPal receiving currently works for you in Egypt and I can suggest the cleanest setup.
With thanks,
Jay
