Q: Is this product dead?

There have been no updates or new features, and the product has not been working correctly for some time now.

We're not even getting basic customer communications, such as form submissions. At first, I was excited about the app when it debuted on AppSumo, but now it's creating major issues.

Despite multiple attempts to contact support, I've received no response at all.

Immediate support and updates are essential. Please we need support for this.

Q: Team Re:plain, I just want to publicly say how embarrassed I am I had this on my "hot as 🔥 list" and yet forgot to set a timer.

Q: Are you able to remove/rename the mention of Appsumo in the subscription for the infinity plan for a chat?

I would prefer if my clients didn't see that.

PS. It would be really great if we could provide our own plan name!!!

Q: Hi, With 3 codes can I install Re:plain on customer sites and register their team to service their customers?

Can I register each customer operator in a different application, according to each one's preference?

Can I register the client's manager as an administrator of the users of that site, in addition to me (so that he manages the operators and I'm just following up)?

Can I use Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel along with Re:plain?

Can I use it in other languages?

Does it have integration with Botstar? Can I use Botstar to service customers arriving via Re:plain? How it works?

In the widget, is it possible for the client to choose the operator to talk to, Operator 1, Operator 2, Operator N?

When the customer contacts, does everyone get the message? what to answer first takes over the conversation? how does this process work?
