A: While we have had organizers accept cash in the past, this is not a common practice at the moment. Logistically, we would be happy to find a way to make this work for you. We would recommend that when you have the event set in stone, work closely with your success manager and we can help you find a solution for the cash tickets. This would work in the form of access codes you would email your attendees, once they have paid you in cash.

Sub-accounts will not be unlimited at first launch, but on a case-by-case basis, we will work with you to make sure you have the correct number of accounts you need. There may be an additional fee depending on the number of accounts needed.

As far as integrations, we have a list of current software we are looking to integrate with. We will be sharing this list soon in our AppSumo Facebook group, and we encourage you to join.

Q: The 'no refunds' button, and 'Yes' allow people to email me buttons appear to be related, however I can't for the life of me think why.

I DO NOT want to offer refunds for this particular event because they get instant access. I do however want people to be able to email me about the event.

When I check the 'no refunds' box, it unchecks the box which allows people to email you with questions about the event. You can see what I mean here: https://share.getcloudapp.com/JrugAYXW

Can you explain why those 2 sections are connected.

A: Thank you so much for pointing this out.

First, let me start by saying we have adjusted this site-wide and this is no longer an issue. You can continue to offer no refunds and still be contacted.

To explain what was going on originally, we had a few experiences where the organizers were offering refunds but did not allow people to contact them via email. This is why they were originally connected.

Thanks again for bringing this to our attention.

Q: A few questions: 1.

Can you tell me how to change an event start date and save it. An example of what I mean is here: https://share.getcloudapp.com/2Nuj1oXv When I go to the event page it is telling me tickets aren't available until 6pm (not sure where that time came from), however I have set the tickets to be available from 3pm.

1A. How can you tell when something has been saved as per the video above?

2. Once I have uploaded a pre-recorded video, will it be immediately available to the attendee once they have signed up?

3. How do I change the event availability date range? It is showing that events will be available for viewing for 12 months. I can't see how to change that.

4. Can I change the ticket currency to £GBP or is it auto set to $?
