Q: Before upgrading, i wanted to know if my account is live

Hello Acumbamail Support Team,
I previously purchased a lifetime plan Tier 4 for this account through AppSumo and I highly value the service. I tried to log in to my account and received a message saying that my account has been suspended and that I should contact support.

I would kindly like to request reactivation of my account so I can continue using your service. I understand the account may have been suspended due to a long period of inactivity, as I had not logged in for some time.

I would be very grateful if my account could be restored.
I would also like to mention that I have never violated any terms of service or misused the platform.
Please let me know if you need any additional information from me to verify ownership of the account.
