click2iQ: Why did you block our account and downgrade us to free tier?
Purchased tier 1 on Sep 17, 2021 and never really used the product, but I believe it is the second time we have been put on a free plan, so thanks for that, again... Chatted with support today and was informed the issue would not be resolved over chat, and that we had to send an email. We did early morning, still no reply. What is going on and do you finally have 2FA enabled?

No, it has not been resolved, we had zero replies, and it seems you have reset our password yet again.
We have now just sent you a copy of the invoice from two different email addresses with all the details you need. Please take care of this. We have not even used your services yet, and you are wasting our time. Looking forward to have the issue resolved permanently, thanks.
Now we had one reply, to the email that was not used for activation. We also sent an email from the address we used to activate the account, zero reply... Not getting too inspired to even consider using Acumbamail, as this is certainly not promising. Starting to see why people are complaining, and we have not even used the service yet, not great.

Yes, you did resole the issue after chat and 5 emails, you also ignored all my questions. And it is not me that need to confirm using the the correct email to reach you, it is your company that needs to improve customer service. Anyway, main issue resolved and even less convinced that we will even bother to try your service. Please do not restrict our account again, in case we change our minds.
