TyDownsQ: Good replacement for Hubspot email marketing?
HubSpot is getting too expensive for us to be able to communicate with clients. Would HubSpot be a good solution for us to import say a list of 10k clients, that we need to email 3-10 times per year? With HubSpot, we have to buy bundles of 5,000 contacts at $250 per month, so minimum of $500 per month so that we can send a handful of (important) emails per year.
*Very important emails- as in, if they don't reach the inbox, they could cause somebody major life distruptions.
We tried to use Sendfox, and they flagged the account and wouldn't send to the entire list, even though they are all clients, and the emails are notifications, never selling anything, and very sporadic.

May 14, 2026A: Our plans do not have a subscriber limit, so you can import your client list and choose the plan based on the total volume of campaign emails you need to send each moth.
Please keep in mind that deliverability also depends on factors such as your domain reputation, proper anti-spam authentication settings, and the quality and consent of your contact list.
