Q: How 'non-openers (months)' is calculated?
hello. there's one thing that could use more transparency: the List Optimization feature shows a "Non-openers (months)" metric, but there's no documentation explaining whether this accounts for how long a subscriber has actually been on the list. If a subscriber joined 3 days ago, are they counted the same as someone who's been ignoring emails for 6+ months? Would love some clarity whether the platform just sums up all inactive months regardless of how long the subscriber has been on the list. thanks!

Aug 13, 2026A: The List Optimization feature takes into account the time conditions selected in the configuration. This means that, if you choose “Non-openers in 6 months”, the platform will only include subscribers who meet that inactivity condition during that period.
In this case, new subscribers who have only been on the list for a few days would not be counted in the same way as subscribers who have been inactive for 6 months or more.
Best regards,
