hello. there's one thing that could use more transparency: the List Optimization feature shows a "Non-openers (months)" metric, but there's no documentation explaining whether this accounts for how long a subscriber has actually been on the list. If a subscriber joined 3 days ago, are they counted the same as someone who's been ignoring emails for 6+ months? Would love some clarity whether the platform just sums up all inactive months regardless of how long the subscriber has been on the list. thanks!
Hello! I was wondering if there's a setting that allows users to re-enter a Welcome automation. For example, let's say our Welcome automation has separate email sequences for three different plans (Plan 1, Plan 2, and Plan 3), with each plan using its own fork. If a Plan 1 user enters the automation and, after receiving Email 3, upgrades to Plan 2, we'd want them to start the automation over, but this time in the Plan 2 fork, receiving the emails intended for that plan. Is this possible?
Hello. I have a feature question that would greatly improve the user experience. Currently, when looking for an older draft campaign, I have to scroll through multiple pages to find it (for example, if I created a draft 5 weeks ago and haven't sent it yet). It would be incredibly helpful to have a quick filter option in the Campaign dashboard that allows us to select and list only "Draft" campaigns. Is this feature already on your product roadmap for the near future? Thanks.
Dear Acumbamail Team, I respectfully disagree with your explanation. The same contact list I used before on your platform was used again. These contacts were collected lawfully and legitimately, and I have not received any clear or specific explanation about what supposedly violated your Terms. I have contacted support several times, but the issue remains unresolved. My account is still restricted, preventing access to my contacts, campaigns, templates, and materials, which is causing serious operational and financial damage. When will my account be reactivated? We pay for the service, invest time and money in the platform, and then the account can be restricted at any moment, even though I had never had this problem before.
