IDEASGirlQ: Integrations and Updates
I've been using Acumbamail for few years with no major issues. But, I do have some questions/requests:
1. I see that you have different cart integrations in your website but you are offering here only "WooC abandoned cart", why is that? and How can I see it in our panel? Is this something that can be added for sub-accounts?
2. Is it possible that we get some updates on the editor? There are some things that can't be done and some others that you have to do repeatedly because is not the best. Also the way the pictures' folders are organized is crazy.
3. I complained years ago about the category selection filter not allowing the selection of more than 1, can you update this feature?
4. Are you planning in creating more templates? Or is there a way that I can create them on the main accounts and push them to the sub-accounts?

1.The WooCommerce abandoned cart feature is available in the Pro plans for all agency accounts.
If you do not currently see it enabled in your panel, you can request its activation by contacting our support team by email.

4.We add new predesigned templates on a recurring basis.You can review the different template categories available in your account. At the moment, we have more than 600 templates available.
