Q: Why are accounts being inactivated so often ?
I've purchased several email software from AppSumo, and none of them get inactivated despite long periods of dormancy. Why is our Acumbamail account inactivated so frequently?
I understand your security policy regarding inactive accounts and that you provide dashboard notifications to contact support for reactivation. However, I've reached out multiple times through both email and the in-app chatbox, yet my account remains inactive.
What's the point of this lifetime deal? Different users have different use cases. Some of us purchase now and use later
I appreciate the security measures, but here's my concern: If you have a robust system for deactivating accounts, why not implement an equally effective system for reactivating them when requested? This is so frustrating.

No other reason except inactivity. It just got restored. But it's such a hassle . Can you please clarify how active I need to be for my account to remain active always . Like will one campaign a month suffice or once a fortnight or whatver , can you clarify ?
