Q: So I need to ask clearly: when will my account be reactivated?

Dear Acumbamail Team,

I respectfully disagree with your explanation. The same contact list I used before on your platform was used again. These contacts were collected lawfully and legitimately, and I have not received any clear or specific explanation about what supposedly violated your Terms.

I have contacted support several times, but the issue remains unresolved. My account is still restricted, preventing access to my contacts, campaigns, templates, and materials, which is causing serious operational and financial damage.

When will my account be reactivated? We pay for the service, invest time and money in the platform, and then the account can be restricted at any moment, even though I had never had this problem before.

Please review this urgently and provide a clear, fair, and effective solution.

You can contact our support team to clarify any questions regarding the lists or campaigns that may have caused your account to be flagged as spam-related content.

Please bear in mind that if any type of block or cancellation has been applied, it means that the sending activity has also been flagged by external servers. This can also affect the health and reputation of your own sending domain, so your sending behavior must be reviewed carefully.
