-Yesterday 15/05/2026 , we upgraded from Tier 3 to Tier 5,now we want to upgrade from Tier5 to TIER 9.Here are my questions:
1-What is the CORE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN (without taken into account: How many emails we need to send per month/How many CAMPAIGNS we need to send per month) TIER 5 /TIER 9 and the ENTERPRISE PLAN on your website in terms of FEATURES?
2-By upgrading to TIER 9 do we have ACCESS TO THE FEATURES INCLUDED IN YOUR ENTERPRISE PLAN ON YOUR WEBSITE or they are ALREADY IN ALL TIERS?

May 18, 2026A: The main difference when upgrading from Tier 5 to Tier 9 is the increase in the number of emails included in your subscription, as well as the specific feature limits defined in the AppSumo deal.
All AppSumo licenses work as an AppSumo Pro plan, so upgrading to Tier 9 does not unlock a separate Enterprise feature set from our website. It simply increases the limits associated with your AppSumo license.
