Honestly, I don't think it's worth it. So far, delivery has been terrible. While I find the platform generally intuitive and easy to use, if the most critical aspect doesn't work correctly, it defeats the purpose. Support claimed that the issue lies with the servers and my list, but everything works fine with other autoresponders. Since I requested a refund too late, I'll keep it on pause, hoping that one day it becomes a viable alternative to more established platforms.

Blocked before even creating an email campaign!
Based on other reviews and complaints, it seems I am not the only one who has been blocked before even having the chance to create an email campaign. It appears this is a recurring issue with their service even for those who just purchased the product, which does not instill much confidence. While support did resolve the issue, they could not explain what specific criteria they use to block new users and how to prevent it. I also don't like that they insist on using Spanish in parts of their communication and site design which doesn't always translate properly to English.
Considering these issues and the alarmingly high number of complaints being reported by reviewers over the last year, I don’t know whether I can truly rely on this tool.

No consigues enviar bien y el soporte es muy malo
Migre de mailchimp a acumbamail, 6000 cuentas de correo todo limpio y una entregabilidad muy alta antes de migrar. Fue migrar a acumbamail y 80% de rebote y rebote duro. Desde el soporte tardan mucho en responder y suelen responder que a los 3 días se pierden los logs y que no pueden hacer nada.
Hay otras muchas herramientas mejor que esta.

One of the worst purchases I have made.
I have had the worst experience with this company. I purchased this some time ago, so I am unable to get a refund, unfortunately. As a smaller business, we used this for our newsletter. It appeared to be okay until we started to send out emails. Most of them bounced, so it was not very productive. Our account was hacked and a big load of spam was sent out. This is where it got very frustrating. They closed our account and would not assist in anything after that, saying we breached the rules. It was very, very obvious that we were hacked. So much for the security on their site. Support is almost non-existent. We just couldn't get anywhere with these guys. My recommendation is to stay away from this product.

Campaigns not reaching Gmail inboxes, with less than 300 recipients
We tried to send a client's campaigns (mostly announcements to their own customer base) to around 300 adresses, and on every single try the emails didn't go through Gmail. Not even on the spam folder. Tried contacting support, who asked to retry a few times, check the list, etc. DKIM and DMARC were all setup, yet the emails didn't arrive on Gmail inboxes. So far, no solution from support.
Sending the campaign to gmail test addresses worked, and sending it to a list of 5 gmail adresses worked too. But trying to send it to around 100 adresses, they all bounce, but you wouldn't know from their reports which almost always claimed 100% delivered and almost no opens.
So we had to send the emails manually straight from Gmail. Our usual transactional email provider works like a charm sending from the same domain, so we know it's an issue related to Acumbamails servers (possibly blacklisted as others pointed out).
We had high hopes for the agency features and unlimited subaccounts, but it is useless to us and our clients if the largest email provider isn't reachable through this platform.
