We just purchased License Tier 5 (Lifetime access) 2 days ago. Today we are doing the first email campaign. The subscriber list has been optimized and cleaned using Acumbamail's pro tool, with 95% good rating, yet Acumbamail stopped the campaign saying that they "detect a high number of emails that do not exist or complaints" and demand us to pay 113 euros so they can clean the list and reactivate the campaign!
I'm asking for a refund.

There are several reasons why this can happen, including sending campaigns to non-existent subscribers, having subscribers mark your emails as spam, or if more than 20% of the emails in your campaign result in bounces. Both of these actions are highly detrimental and associated with spammer...
