Terrible software and waste of money, my worst investment on a software which doesn't work and doesn't send emails.
Don't buy or don't invest and don't use this software for your marketing purposes.
They are not open to improve and repair and fix their software.

Stupid team they don't even respond and try to help and give vague answers instead of finding the problem with the emails why they are not being delivered... and Waste software.

The tool looked very promising. Now for some reason my account is blocked and I can't continue editing my template. Support is not available on a Monday morning, promising company. Stay away from this TOOL.

I've been trying to use the tool an can't. Never worked properly and now when I try to access the tool, I'm told that my account has been disabled. They basically stole my money didn't give me access. I emailed customer support three times now (with another attempt today) and never heard back from them.

Terrible experience. Misleading and horrible customer service
I bought Acumbamail Tier 5. I uploaded my email database and started using it without any problems, until I used a feature to resend an email to those who didn't open it initially. From then on, everything changed. Now the campaigns I send don't reach my recipients. Out of 100,000 emails sent, only 20 arrive. I asked for support help, but they did not resolve my issue. It is very clear to me that everything changed after using the resend function for emails that didn't open the first mail, but they make excuses saying it's my list, that I need to clean it up, and they refuse to review my account. For this reason, I do not recommend this software. It's useless. In fact, it makes me think that they have deliberately limited my account since I no longer have access to the two-month warranty (I bought it in February). I would like to know if anyone else has experienced the same thing.

Hello, we regret your experience, that we haven't been able to show you the best practices of email marketing in the right way; in this case we have to insist that the answer is a good email marketing practice, if you resend the campaign again and again to uninterested subscribers you are not applying a policy of extinction, this point is fundamental; the cleaning of the lists is key in email...
I regret this purchase, the software is very clunky but the real issue is that Google recognises Acumbamail as social engineered content and lists it as a security issue. This negatively impacts my website reputation. Complete waste of money and potentially damaging to my business.

there are times when google launches a false positive and although we correct it as soon as possible, the warning comes to any domain that points to it.
You don't have to do anything, besides it does not affect the reputation of your domain in any case; you can consult support, to solve this type of doubts.
