Dissapointing; BAD Support, BAD delivery
1. I mailed them a week ago to activate agency feature still ZERO activation from them
2. I set up a domain, anti spam checks etc created an email automation from a form + 10 different emails tested every email went straight to SPAM
3. This tool isnt anywhere on the level of a mailchimp or hubspot when it comes to support or mail delivery (mailers all go to SPAM)

Excelente alternativa para Email Marketing y Automatización
Llevo dias usando Acumbamail y la experiencia ha sido muy positiva. Lo que más me gustó desde el principio fue lo fácil que resulta crear campañas, automatizaciones y formularios sin tener que invertir demasiado tiempo aprendiendo la plataforma.
La herramienta ofrece muchas funcionalidades en un solo lugar y tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio. Además, las automatizaciones funcionan muy bien y permiten ahorrar mucho trabajo manual en las campañas de marketing.
También quiero destacar el soporte, que siempre ha respondido de forma rápida cuando he tenido alguna duda. Se nota que el equipo sigue mejorando la plataforma constantemente y añadiendo nuevas características.

I had to say this
It's easy to buy a lifetime offer and compare it with other tools on the market, hoping that this tool will substitute or even be better than the ones we know.
So it can also happen that the test is done in a hurry, without giving the time and breath that is necessary to explore not only the pros and cons of the tool but also what makes it unique.
I had this issue with some lifetime deals, searching for a substitute.
But then I took the leap of faith to test Acumbamail as my main campaign asset.
I imported my 3,000 subscribers here and then started to work with it.
Yes, there is one thing that is missing that would make this tool a game changer, like tags in the clicked links. So I changed, but you can still track links, right? So I changed my campaigns to just one link, and I track that link. My subscribers now have leaner newsletters with more content and fewer links to click.
And I have a more laser focus in each newsletter what really matters.
Also, the editor has some limitations, like you can't put bullet points in the same content text block; you have to make them separate. So although I thought that this was essential, I adapted, and this was not the end of the world.
I found here the usefulness of RSS that goes to my blog every day and publishes my blog posts.
I found the ease of the HTML editor for newsletter templates, where, with the help of AI, I crafted what, for me, is a beautiful design.
I find it great that I don't have to care about the number of subscribers.
I find the support not blazing fast but OK, and they reply within 24 hours, but once more, I would be comparing.
Like all LTDs, Acumbamail has its own personality, and I always see this as a challenge to improve my flexibility and change ways of doing things. And most of the time, it results in more productivity and clarity in what I need for my business.
So right now, Acumbamail allows me to send two newsletters a week delivered by RSS, and I have profit in the offers I sell and I promote one link at a time, metrics that I can trust, and good deliverability at the level of the “big ones” — but this only happens if you stay and are consistent in what you deliver.

Great lifetime solution to all-purpose email marketing
So far a great deal. I switched to Acumbamail from Sendy, another lifetime solution but very limited in terms of supporting and integration features. What I like the most is that Acumbamail comes with its own SMTP solution, this saves quite a lot of time and effort to send the email. No more Amazon SES set up and solving issues to comply with their policy and get out of their sandbox.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I genuinely wanted this platform to work because the feature set and white-label potential looked extremely promising. Unfortunately, my experience with customer support and platform reliability has been one of the worst I have encountered on AppSumo.
For weeks, my account has repeatedly become “locked” or “unable to be modified,” specifically when trying to update landing pages and websites for active client work. Support would occasionally respond with statements such as “your account has been unlocked,” (a week later) but within seconds or minutes of logging back in, the same issues would happen again.
The biggest issue is not just the technical problem itself, technical problems happen with any software. The issue is the lack of communication, lack of urgency, and lack of meaningful troubleshooting or explanations from support.
I attempted to handle these issues professionally and privately for an extended period of time before writing this review. I contacted their support team multiple times, involved AppSumo support for assistance, waited patiently for updates, and tried to work around the platform limitations on my own. Despite all of that, the problems continue.
As someone managing client-facing projects, this created operational problems for my business. I had to completely change my delivery approach to avoid losing clients because I could no longer trust whether the platform would allow me to edit or publish pages consistently.
Additional frustrations:
• Support responses are extremely slow or non-existent
• Explanations are vague and lack technical detail
• Issues remain unresolved for long periods of time
• The platform interface and many support resources are primarily in Spanish, which adds another layer of difficulty for English-speaking users
• Critical functionality involving website and landing page editing has been unreliable
Again, I want to emphasize: I truly wanted this to work. The platform has strong potential and some powerful features. But software is only as good as the support behind it, especially when customers are using it for real businesses and client operations.
At this point, I cannot recommend the platform based on my experience. Reliability and responsive support are essential for agencies, consultants, and businesses serving paying clients, and unfortunately that has not been my experience here.
