Q: Can we continue to use Adam AI, or was this always just a scam?
Hi, as an original supporter of Adam AI, I bought a "lifetime" account. It looks like you've taken our money and run. Can we continue to use the platform, now that you've taken our money?
We're not planning to integrate with these tools soon but we'll put them into consideration on our roadmap.
We're currently working on a way to make you easily integrate with adam.ai with the tools you already use. One of the ways we're planning for is integrating with Zapier and launching public APIs.
I tested the guest thing. Guests can't see the meeting, they HAVE to create an account.
I want guests to be able to participate in meetings.
Also it appears no progress on Vectera.
I am thinking to buy this but with one finger on the refund button, please update these items as this was January and appears to still be an issue.

I love the idea behind Adam.
However, I have a few concerns, making this work for our (smaller) team, covering different fields:
I would like to use Adam as the birds eye view for all our meetings (both internal and external). Starting from a marketing perspective: IT tasks, ecommerce, workflow management, events,... covering all fields to get work done according to the meetings.
I've done some research already; my questions so far:
1) Is a user a member or does an "attendee" count as a user as well? 2) If a member leaves the company, the member can be set "inactive" but not deleted (for logging purposes). Is that a lost user (going from 20 to 19 let's say for the single plan)? 3) Is there a way to grant access to certain projects or individual meetings (inheritance as default) to certain members, while they are not invited to the meeting itself (with a possibility to receive an alert with every update; which can be individually changed)? Should be handy to keep certain people in the running while they're only needed for overhead. 4) Is there an absence list to know who was invited and who actually came to the meeting? 5) Is there a way to see pending tasks over all the meetings (for follow-up purposes)? 6) I'm a bit confused with the projects. Isn't there a possibility for subdivisions or labels to sort and combine those in a way? Every project can consist of smaller projects. ie. Building an ecommerce site can be the overhead project, while you can have people building on different aspects: design, front-end development, back-end development, testing, API, content, support,... which are projects on itself. 7) Can you have recurring meetings and templates (with a suggestion/reminder to plan this in at a given time)? Let's say 3-monthly meetings for analysis, content briefing,... annual reports... 8) Can you link actions to new meeting across different projects (making Adam work in a "marketing/managing" kind of way)? IE. If you're analysing data on a management level and you want to delegate a team towards better content as an action, you're actually initiating a new meeting for a different subroutine of that project. (an example: overhead project: "ecommerce" -> project: "site analytics" -> subject: "3-monthly overhead meeting with stakeholders" with possible action: "different engaging content"; RESULTING: overhead project: "ecommerce" -> project: "site content with content marketing" -> subject for meeting: "looking into possibilities for better content"). 9) How are actions linked with Trello and is this bidirectional? 10) Where can we submit bugs in a fast way? Isn't there a build in bug report in the backend? (I came across a few)
I want Adam to work, but I'm still struggling to make it work, compared to just using different kanban boards for projects. Feel free to advice in this...

Few questions please, I wasn't able to find conclusive answers to them: 1. When will CNAME be available, and will it be included as part of the AppSumo Plan? 2. Can the emails be customized, and be sent from email@mydomain.com? 3. Earlier, you mentioned guests upgrade functionality - ability to assign actions to guests, etc (short of them managing the project and integrations). Has this been implemented, if not, when are you targeting it? 4. What kind of integrations are in place - is Google Calendar integration completed? If not, when is it targeted for?
I see that my questions are ignored for a long time, and still there is no word about CNAME. That is exactly why this deal has plateaued at 20 reviews for a while now. Just a gentle nudge - take a look at any deal, and see how often CNAMe is mentioned there. And then compare it to the number of reviews in deals where CNAME was ignored, or not available.
Q: This is 2020.
When it comes to meeting applications and there's no SMS reminder, that's a huge flaw. Twillio is easy to integrate and develop integrations for all application. If it can't be included in the application, you can develop integrations for meeting organizers. Email and App notifications are not as good as sms against no meeting preparation and appointment no-shows.

Many of is on Appsumo are business owners. In Jan 2020, some of us raised concerns with having your company's domain presented to our clients/customers. As a brand, my company cannot have some generic email domain delivering our emails on our behalf. You mentioned in Jan 2020 you would enable custom domains. I've checked your roadmap and there's been no action on this since Feb. 2020. I would stack 2 codes today but not having this feature and your reluctance to move this issue along is a deal breaker.
You also need to make more progress with enabling guests to view the meeting's page, agenda, actions, etc. otherwise the app is only useful for managing internal team meetings.
Q: I am currently using soapbox and there is one time-saving feature which I really love.
When I enter the action as "<name> to do some action by <deadline>", it will automatically set the assignee's name and deadline in the correct fields. This is absolutely useful.
1. Wonder if Adam.AI already supported it? If not, would it be possible to launch this feature in the next release?
2. Does Adam.AI insert the URL of the meeting in the google calendar event so we can just click on the link to jump straight into the Adam.Ai?
Q: Any plans to integrate with SuiteDash (another AppSumo deal that seems superior to Plutio)?
Also, how does your solution compare to SoapBox, which is another meeting tool presented on AppSumo but as a freebie? I have experimented with SoapBox and found it very easy to include guests and allow them to move around meeting items. For our government collaborators we sometimes have 16-20+ people in one meeting, and it's very helpful for them to have one very easy page that enables guests to contribute meeting ideas, move around agenda items, attach notes / small files (<10 MB PDFs / DOCs etc), have a front and center Zoom or UberConference meeting URL linked with an alternate phone number easily displayed for our government clients that aren't allowed to install software on their PC or need to access the meeting remotely, plus CLEARLY display the date and time of the meeting, which can be adjusted to the guest's time zone since we have teams at different installations across the US. The MOST helpful piece of SoapBox is the ability to click on a template for different types of meetings and cherry pick various agenda items that should be included for different types of calls, such as a discovery (intro) call, check in (ongoing) call, wrap up (final project) call, etc... These are all things I would like to see inside Adam.AI if we move everything over there. I think the per-user basis to approve meetings is obviously tied to our internal staff, but any meeting management software is truly useless without empowering the prospective client to tell us what THEY want to see happen in the meeting. Most people on AppSumo are in the service based business, meaning we want to facilitate a great user experience for our clients to reduce the amount of clicks and keystrokes needed to give us feedback and bring revenue in the door...
My main question is of the above thoughts / features, what are you planning / willing to integrate into your platform? I think being relational toward other deals offered on AppSumo will help more people on here make a purchasing decision accordingly. Thanks!

1. We are divided into teams with a team chair and team members. Right now we have more than 40 members. Let's say we only add the team chair people as users and their team members as guests. The team members need to be able to add value (their input) to the meetings not just view only. They need more flexibility to be able to participate instead of just being on the sidelines. Will you add more access levels so that people that are not users can participate (add public notes-upload files etc) in meetings and not just watch? Otherwise, that's not a meeting, that's a lecture or webinar.
2. There are no links to the meeting invites to guests, will that change?
3. It would be nice to be able to add users and guests to particular projects not just meetings. That way they always have access to all of the information for a project.
There is no doubt that what you mentioned will add much more value to your meetings with guests. We are currently working on some updates for guests view, where they will have more accessibility to the meeting room, you can assign actions on them, they can vote and view notes taken during the meeting and for sure in that case, guests will be receiving the meeting link via email to access. We'll also add the option where you can add guests along with members to a project.
A: This integration and the option to have a two-way integration with Google Drive is on our roadmap. Currently you can only attach files from Google drive directly to your files on adam.ai

Either you chose to create one meetplace or two, you can easily switch between them anytime.
First, you can invite your workers to your projects, where they can view project details, timeline, and progress. You can invite them to meetings where they'll be able to view real-time public notes, take their own private notes or actions, they can vote on decisions taken during the meeting and of course you can assign action items on them where you can set due dates, severity and follow up on those actions, add comments, add action checklist and attach files. The idea is to keep everything organized while effectively collaborating during the meeting and you can share minutes of meeting anytime to attendees.
Second your clients/students: You can invite an unlimited number of guests to the meeting (Clients/Students), Guests can't access the meeting room, they only receive the meeting invitation, and you can take their attendance and share minutes of meeting anytime with them via email. However, we are working on some updates on the guest features and it will be realese soon.
Currently, there is no way where your students can answer surveys within the system unless you attach the survey link to public notes tile for instance, also there are no direct messages between members in the app, all interactions happen within the meeting room as the option to chat with attendees or through comments on action items. adam.ai is not a chatting tool, it's a meeting management tool focused on manging the meeting content.
