Q: Removing LTD with no recourse.

If a product with nearly 1000 near-perfect reviews is untrustworthy, how can we trust any purchase on AppSumo? I got an email that they're canceling the LTD without offering anything in exchange for what we paid for in the LTD.

Q: Adilo's AppSumo agreement?

Hi AppSumo, just wondering how your communication with Adilo is going; in them keeping with their agreement?

Asking because I've just received an email saying they're going to delete all of my videos in 7 days even though have the tier 4 LTD.

Side Note: Was also sold upwards to their 4K Player service and spent over $300 on that for something which no longer exists: https://4kplayer.bigcommand.com
