Areefin.mazidQ: Status of Payoneer, future roadmap, and fixing the slow upload bug?
Hi Asad, as an early backer who believed in your vision and invested in the Tier 5 plan to help AgencyPro grow, I need a clear update on where things stand. I am holding off on fully migrating my business for a couple of months while waiting for platform optimizations, so getting clarity on the following is critical:
1. Payoneer Integration: What is the current status and exact timeline to implement this?
2. Roadmap & Stability:What is happening behind the scenes to improve overall stability? What major new features are rolling out next? I want to know exactly how you are making it robust.
3. Upload Bugs: A client tried to upload a 2-4GB file, and their dashboard froze. A 500MB file uploaded extremely slowly, despite their 150Mbps internet. This forces clients to use Google Drive, defeating the portal's purpose. Please fix this.

Thanks for backing us at Tier 5 — I appreciate the trust and I'm happy to give you a clear update on each point.
1. Payoneer Integration: Still in development. We haven't partnered with Payoneer yet but we're actively working on it and it will be delivered as promised. I'll update you directly when there's a concrete timeline.
2. Roadmap & Stability: We just shipped 6 major features (SLA tracking, capacity management, versioned proofing, brand hub, profitability reports, recurring auto-requests) and are continuously working on performance and stability improvements behind the scenes. 3. Upload Issues: We'll look into this. Large file uploads should work without freezing or major slowdowns regardless of file size. Sounds like a bug — we'll investigate and fix it. I'll let you know once it's resolved.
