I am a bit concerned with your approach to building businesses and you lost my trust entirely.
You’ve launched Agiled. That was never fully developed. Features were promised each time you launched on AppSumo, then you delivered meaningless updates while major components were left untouched. Recently you launched agiled.ai, pretty much Agiled that’s slightly more polished, but kept sumolings on the abandoned version called now Classic Agiled. Before launching Agiled.AI, Agiled did not had any meaningful update for the last few years.
TL;DR: You’ve re-polished Agiled, named it Agiled.AI, launched it as a new version, and left sumolings on the now called Classic Agiled version that’s been abandoned for years and for which there is no support.
Why would we trust you with anything you sell now and our hard-earned money?

Jul 8, 2026A: I appreciate you sharing your concerns, but I have to respectfully push back — most of what you've stated isn't accurate.
1. "Agiled was never fully developed / meaningless updates" Agiled has been continuously developed for 5+ years. We shipped hundreds of updates based on direct user feedback. Calling them meaningless simply isn't true.
2. "Sumolings are being kept on the abandoned Classic version" Agiled.AI is AgiledX — the next-generation version we've announced in every email, every update, and every community post. Migration hasn't started yet, but Sumolings are being moved over. No one is being left behind. I'd encourage you to subscribe to our updates so you're working with the full picture.
3. "It's just a re-polish sold as something new" AgiledX / Agiled.AI is a ground-up rebuild — not a coat of paint. Same vision, better architecture, better experience. That's exactly what long-term users asked for.
Since we launched Agiled, many tools that started around the same time have shut down entirely — leaving their users with nothing. We're still here, still building, and still honoring every lifetime deal we've sold. That should tell you something about how seriously we take our early supporters.
You're welcome to disagree with our approach, but the facts above are verifiable.

1. I haven’t seen any update/change that would actually improve user experience. Every module looks unfinished, basic and clunky.
2. I did subscribe, but never got any email or announcement. I reached out to support, twice, and haven’t gotten a response so far. Good thing you’re responding here at least.
3. Based on the screenshots, Agiled.AI is the Agiled.App with slightly better GUI.
