Tier 1 isn't a stripped demo, it's a complete plan for solo operators. It includes unlimited clients, the full client portal, portal branding, a custom domain, invoicing, and the messaging module. For a freelancer or one-person shop running their whole client operation, that's everything they need in one place.

What it leaves out is team seats and AI credits, since those are the things solo users often don't need on day one. The moment you need teammates or AI, Tier 3 and up are built for that.
