First thing is there are lots of bugs:
- Couldn't even activate my AppSumo purchase because of this.
- Even once we got that figured out, I get an error every time I try to login, unless I use a different URL they gave me.
- Once logged in, there are no projects or tasks, nothing to manage projects/tasks, so definitely not project manager in my opinion, that's what I was looking for.

Not at all what I thought this was going to be. I didn't make it much further than that, but those were critical issues for me so I gave up and refunded. I did reach out to support but never got a response to my questions, so I just refunded, too many other great options out there.

I am leaving my five-taco rating up because I don’t want to hinder Agencypro’s business; they are getting so many things right. However, the one feature I was most looking forward to was the Documents tab, but it has been unavailable since I opened my account. It continually displays a "less than two weeks" message, making it feel like the features are "coming soon" indefinitely.

As a small agency owner, I needed these tools yesterday. I’m starting to feel as though a carrot is being dangled in front of me until my return period expires. I have tried many agency applications, and none seem as promising as this one. But until I can add clients, manage their information, execute contracts, provide status reports, and process invoices, Agencypro isn't yet a complete business tool for my needs. This doesn't even account for client-facing features like milestone tracking and having the ability to share deadline transparency about projects this platform will help me to get paid for.

Friends at Agencypro, please take this as feedback from someone who truly wants to become a raving fan and advocate for your brand. I am truly rooting for your success, as it will also help me and my agency thrive.

AgencyPro feels built by people who truly understand agencies. Setting up services and order forms is straightforward, and the upsells, discounts, and flows are detailed but still easy to use. I hit a couple of small bugs, but the team fixed them quickly, and the roadmap (docs for quotes/proposals/contracts + AI agents/assistant) looks seriously promising.

Overall I think AgencyPro has a lot of potential. It's UI is clean, easy to navigate and mostly intuitive.

Pros:
1. Client onboarding is easy
2. You can easily add your branding, colors and language to the platform to make it your own.
3. Actively being developed
4. Stripe integration is insanely easy to connect
5. easily lets you create a product page with add-ons, extras and various types of services which is really helpful when you offer one off, reoccurring or usage based services

Cons:
1. Some buttons have no feedback that you have clicked them and need to be clicked multiple times to do anything (sometimes they don't do anything).
2. Status of a canceled service shows up as code instead of "canceled"
3. Services that a client purchase are put into as request which is very unintuitive. Would love it if the services are are in a stand alone tab and not buried as a request.
4. While you can add your branding unless you add a custom smtp you can't change the sender name in an email that a client gets.
5. Mobil responsively isn't applied to some parts of the platform (request) making some things go off of the page

It would be great if we were able to customise the clients dashboard page modules like removing amount spent module. I won't be refunding the product just yet as I think if they devs fix the bugs it can be a real alternative to client portals like honeybook but as of right now It's not there.

We bought Tier 1; tried it and within an hour of testing it, we went back to buy next Tier.

Very user and client friendly while allowing for easy changes to your products/services offerings.

Still learning, and they may already have this in the offering or the road plan and we just did not find it yet, but it will be great to be able to "embed" on main website vs. providing clients with the link currently generated
