I’ve used quite a few agency solutions over the last couple of years; Moxie, AgencyHandy, Orchestra, etc. but I haven’t felt this excited about a tool until I started using AgencyPro a few weeks ago.

UI/UX: I love how clean the interface is. The widgets give great info at a glance, and the menus and settings are well-defined. Everything feels spot on. It’s incredibly easy to understand and actually fun to use.

Features: There are tons of features here: invoicing, proposals, credit-based charging, subscriptions, time-based services, file storage, and API. Everything is included. In just a few weeks, I’ve already seen them adding new features. The custom user roles are also a huge plus since you can granularly edit permissions.

Documentation: You can tell how serious a company is by their documentation, and AgencyPro’s is excellent. It’s structured very well, and I could answer almost all my platform-related questions just by reading through it.

Dev Team: I ran into a few issues, but the dev team sorted them out quickly via email. You get the feeling they genuinely want to improve the product every day.

This is a new product, so it isn’t 100% bug-free yet; I’ve found a few bugs myself. But what matters is that this is built for the long haul. The developers are active and shaping a product that I can already tell will be irreplaceable for me. I’m super optimistic about AgencyPro.

I’ve bought so many lifetime deals on AppSumo over the years that I probably need “AppSumo Anonymous.” I’m usually terrible about leaving reviews because I get too excited about the software and move on, but when I saw this deal with only five reviews, I had to speak up.

I’ve tried a lot of agency tools, and AgencyPro finally feels like home. It reminds me of Invoice Ninja—that’s saying something—but without the stress of hosting and maintaining finance apps myself. It’s immediately easy to use yet flexible enough to fit how I work. Letting a solid system handle the financial side beats juggling servers just to make sure clients can pay.

What really sold me, though, was the team behind it. I reached out to support on November 4th to say I couldn’t fully commit without ACH via Stripe. Instead of a canned “maybe someday” response, they replied the very next day, November 5th:

Just talked to the team and we are rolling out ACH in less than a week.”

Two days later, on the 7th, ACH was live. I’ve never seen a dev team respond that quickly and decisively to user feedback. It’s clear they’re building this with us, not just for us.

I’ve now run my first batch of client invoices through AgencyPro. Clients loved it and said the switch was easy. They called the dashboard “a nice one-stop spot” for payments, project progress, documents, support tickets, and more—rather than chasing PayPal links, digging through email threads, and hunting in Google Drive.

It took me a while to pull Agency Pro off the shelf but I had some money left over after my shopping spree and decided to pick up a Tier 1. I must admit I only went in to see what all the fuss was about and why the founder kept saying they were built for the future. Agency Pro was built with intent for the future. You have been put on notice. I will add more later but from what I have seen this is a no brainer pick up to lead your agency in the future.

I jumped into this product yesterday and I am thrilled to say I like it. Its easy to navigate around and update services, requests and my biggest reason for buying...reports. The AgencyPro team did a great job and I look forward to the updates that are on the road map.

I’ve been using Agency Pro and it has been a great experience so far. The platform is clean, fast, and actually built for real agency workflows. Setting everything up was easy and I love how smooth the catalog and client onboarding feel. It just works without the usual hassle.

Support has also been amazing. Every question I had was answered quickly and with real care.
I am especially excited about the upcoming roadmap feature that will let us create proposals in one place. That will make Agency Pro even more powerful for my daily work.

Overall, really impressed with the direction this tool is heading.
