Q: What happens if we exhaust the 15000 credits for Tier 3
Do we get rollover of accumulated credits from prior months? We have to buy additional credits? Can we stack two tier 3 deals together for creating a larger capacity?

A: No, the credits do not roll over. We will implement an add on of AI credits on top.
However, tier 3 is more credits than any of the use cases that we have seen can exhaust.
What use case do you have in mind? We can find a solution here
Say if I am going to connect Claude Code to my wordpress site and get it to keep doing repairs upgrades and write new code every month, what sort of credit consumptions possible in that?
I tried clicking support on your website to reach you directly but that doesnt work at the moment, it seems. Also sent linkedin message.
Can you specify where the support button didn’t work? In the dashboard or the landing page? Would be great if you provide this info so we can fix it asap
A: Hi, regarding GDPR, we use end to end encryption + you can delete your data + complete profile anytime you want. We do not make you wait for 2 weeks and make you fill out a formal request. Whenever you want, go to profile -> help & support -> Account -> delete my account.
Deletion means everything gets deleted end to end and you don't have an account with us anymore.
Kindly explain how do credits work or get consumed? Do unused credits accumulate? Do I need paid accounts on Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT etc on top of your credits or your credits also take care of the usage fee on the AI platforms?

A: - Credits are consumed everytime context is added or retrieved. - Credits consumption is dependent on the complexity of the query and how much context is being used. One message/query takes between 30-200 credits. - If you use AI models within our dashboard or in the AI sidebar, you don't need extra subscription. We provide 30+ AI models within AI Context Flow. - But if you want to use our...
Will I still need a Chrome extension if I use MCP to link Claude and ChatGPT? Additionally, how is token usage affected when dealing with large memory contexts?

A: No, you do not need the chrome extension if you are connecting your context to an AI via our MCP server. The browser extension though has some added benefits like sidebar (use your context on any website), highlight anything from anywhere and save to your memory, and injecting context in prompts without MCP.
If you let's say connect MCP to your own claude or chatgpt, then only context...
Hello, I would like to use AI Context Flow in such a way that I can send a search query just like in the application itself, without my own AI integration. Is that possible or if not, could you please also include this in your roadmap? This is/would certainly be a popular feature.
Another feature I urgently wish for is to be able to integrate AI Context Flow as a "native" vector store in n8n...

A: Hi, you can use our MCP server to make AI Context Flow act as a memory/context store for your AI applications or n8n. N8N can act as an MCP Client and use AICF as the storage layer. Many people are testing out such workflows e.g. with open claw.
However, you would need to use the headless version of the MCP server to do this (check my last From the Founders post for steps). We are also...

Regarding credits, it’s difficult to say right now as there as so many variables (how big the code base is, how many times context is pulled etc.).
Maybe try it out for a month and then if it doesn’t meet your expectation then refund? Or if it’s close enough we can discuss creating an add-on.
Regarding support, each of our support button should open up [email protected]
