I'm a long-time Spark Classic user looking for a solid alternative, and I found and tested this app. I give it 2.5 stars because the support is A+ 5 stars all the way and there's so much potential, but it fails to deliver for the following reasons:
1. Limited email sync history (should offer a Tier that supports unlimited)
2. AI spam filter needs much work, as it's not picking up very obvious spam.
3. The desktop and mobile apps are wrappers, not OS native.

Again, the team is A+, and I understand it's early stage and still in development, so I hope things improve once they address the issues above, but for now it's hard to justify the migration effort + cost.

Viele Funktionen und viele KI‑Features. Kann es nur empfehlen, es mal auszuprobieren. Hoffe, es kommt bald auch die Android-Version raus.

I've been looking for a better way to manage my emails, and AI Emaily has been a fantastic discovery!

What I love most is that I can finally get my inbox organised! The ability to sort and categorise emails makes managing multiple clients and conversations so much easier.

The AI features are particularly impressive. I can create individual client profiles, and AI Emaily uses that context to draft relevant, personalised replies. I can also ask AI to polish, rewrite or improve my emails before sending them, which is a huge time-saver.

A few other things I really appreciate:

Email organisation – much easier to sort, categorise and manage emails.

AI-powered replies – drafts responses based on client profiles and context.

Writing assistance – easily polish, rewrite or adjust the tone of emails.

Custom email signature – I was able to add my existing HTML signature without any hassle.

Desktop and mobile apps – convenient access across devices.

I originally purchased Tier 2 on AppSumo, but after exploring the features and seeing how useful the platform is, I decided to upgrade to Tier 3.

AI Emaily brings together email organisation, client context and AI-powered writing assistance in one place. It's already making my daily email management much more efficient.

Great work by the developer! I'm looking forward to seeing how the platform continues to evolve.

I connected 3 Gmail accounts and 1 Yahoo account, and AI Emaily pulled them all into one inbox. That alone cleaned up my mornings.

The part that surprised me was the junk folder. Gmail had filtered real emails as junk, and AI Emaily caught them and put them where I could see them. Those were messages I would have missed completely. It also files cold pitches instead of deleting them, so nothing disappears on me.

The drafts were on point. They sound like me, and I am not rewriting them. Nothing sends without my approval, which matters when my name is on every message.

So far it saves me about an hour a day. I run two businesses and a team, so that adds up fast.

One thing I wish it had: I would love to talk to it directly, the way you can with Shortwave. That is a wish, not a complaint. I am on Tier 3, and for the price, with a 60 day refund window, it is an easy yes.

The product makes a very professional impression and works flawlessly.
I found some basic features missing and contacted support.
Support was helpful and even quickly implemented some of the requested features.
However, I then noticed that the search function wasn't finding my emails. Since I often need to access old emails (quotes, statements from staff, agreements) and couldn't locate them, I contacted support again. I was informed that only emails from the past year are synchronized. Please keep this in mind before buying the product; I will be requesting a refund, as this is a fundamental requirement for me to work effectively with the tool.
In short: excellent support, but unfortunately limited usability.
