Q: Currency Additions and Expanded Offerings
Hello,
1. We are based in Ghana and employees are compensated in GHS. Is it possible to add this so that the job description is accurate? Otherwise can the compensation section not be required to complete?
2. It would be helpful if the LTD could at least come with say 3 active jobs at any time. 5 jobs in a lifetime would be prohibitive for small businesses and as we are based in Ghana, it would even cause us to evaluate whether this platform is worth keeping if we have to pay every time we want to list a job. We are not looking to use the more advanced features - AI, your own talent base, etc. We are only seeking a job board to advertise the company's vacancies, where we would do our own sourcing. The screening and assessment tools are also useful.
Thank you.

Jun 21, 2026A: Hey đź‘‹, two things here.
Starting with the job limits, since that's the part that matters most for a small team. The 5 pro job posts are a lifetime total on the LTD, not a recurring charge. When you close or deactivate a job, that active slot frees up, so you're never stuck running all 5 at once, but the lifetime count of 5 doesn't reset. So it's not "pay every time you list a role," it's 5 posts over the life of the deal, then extra job posts at $19 each on AppSumo if you need more, stackable across separate purchases.
On currency, GHS isn't in the platform yet. For now, you can set the compensation to "negotiable" instead of leaving it blank, so your job description still reads clean without forcing a currency that doesn't fit. Adding more currencies is fair to ask for, so drop GHS at feedback.airwork.ai/t/roadmap too, and we'll track the demand. Anything we ship lands in your LTD at no extra cost.

It is pay every time that we list a role after the 5 posts, correct? If so, I will refund for now, but would be happy to reconsider should there be any changes to allow for a small allocation of jobs that can be posted at any time.
Yes. Once your 5 lifetime posts are used, each extra job is a one-time $19 add-on on AppSumo, not a recurring charge. Posting beyond 5 does mean paying per extra job.
If that doesn't fit your volume, no hard feelings on the refund.
On the “small allocation of jobs you can post at any time”, I can't promise a change from here, but it's a fair ask. Drop it at feedback.airwork.ai/t/roadmap.
