Here's the workaround that actually works for someone in your position:

1. Post your role on Airwork (one of your 5 lifetime job posts).
2. Email your existing CV pool the shareable job link.
3. Have them apply through it.

Once they're in, you've effectively built a searchable, filterable database of your pool inside Airwork. You can browse all applicants, filter using our advanced filters (skills, experience, location, screening responses), and the AI assessment + screening questions + precision tools all run on each one automatically. Same engine the rest of our buyers use, just applied to candidates you already know.
