So I hope this does not come off as rude but I honestly do not believe this. We have been left in the dark for over a year now without one single update which is beyond ridiculous. No support in Discord anymore either. It used to be to the point where people thought I was customer service. Then we are seeing Bika A.I the same team basically. Why is it so hard for the AiTable team to communicate?
Q: Is this app down? Is it permanent? I have been locked out for over a week and can't get a response from support
Additional information - I am located in the United States - I cannot get to the login screen, so it is not a password issue - The page times out and will not load - I have done all of the basic tech support stuff (restart, clear cache, check other browsers, check other devices, check my router to make sure it is not blocked)
I apprecaiate the help and love this software. I am hoping it has not been discontinued.
A: Could you please let us know what error message appears when you enter https://aitable.ai/login in your browser? Does the page remain stuck in a loading state without successfully loading, or does it return to the previous page automatically after reaching the login page?
Could you also provide a video of the issue and send it to pengjin@aitable.ai or support@aitable.ai? This will help us troubleshoot the issue more quickly. Thank you for your cooperation!
