It's not credits but real requests.
Regarding how much 7,500 requests will last depends on your usage: 1 request = 1 turn in your conversation.
You could map the tiers like this:
Tier 1: mostly chats with couple of apps or files, meeting reports, dictation
Tier 2: some automation workflow (morning brief, managing your email inbox, etc.)
Tier 3: more workflows, workspaces with lots of files and computer use
