Is this like littlebird.ai - another mac program that captures your screen and allows you to run queries?
Also with the limits what exactly is a request counted as?

For a lots of parts, yes.
However, there's a big difference: we don't continuously record your screen for privacy reasons.
Regarding request, that's really a web request. So if you have a chat, a request will be counted each time a request is sent to the AI model.
Great thank you so how long would 7500 requests last? I know it's a difficult question but a round about figure - and what happens after that can we buy more after the deal is done?

As you said, it's hard to say without knowing what kind of usage you're looking for.
You could map the tiers like this:
Tier 1: mostly chats with couple of apps or files, meeting reports, dictation
Tier 2: some automation workflow (morning brief, managing your email inbox, etc.)
Tier 3: more workflows, workspaces with lots of files and computer use
