As you were also affected from the abrupt disconnect from your own data, it would be great to see a fully fledged export function, that allows every user to export all data as a usable backup at once via the interface, to have the peace of mind, that we never lose control again...

Q: Why can’t I log in anymore to my Amwork account?
I purchased the Lifetime Deal and now I can’t access the platform at all. The support email is not working, and I haven’t received any help so far. This is very frustrating and disappointing — I paid for a Lifetime Deal and expect at least working access and reliable support. Please provide urgent assistance.

Amwork recently went through a change of ownership. We were actually one of the original customers who loved the platform so much that we decided to acquire it to ensure it didn’t disappear — and to rebuild it stronger.
During the transition, a few legacy AppSumo accounts experienced temporary access...
They told us, they have not enough cash to bring the platform back, sadly. The only way to contact them is via their WhatsApp support. You should find the number on their website, as AppSumo is not allowing me to post it here.
We are waiting for a data export of our data. French company, hope they will deliver at least that.
I’m also still waiting for my data. What I find really upsetting is that they didn’t inform us at least 1–2 weeks in advance. That way, we could have made our own backup in time. Being caught off guard like this feels really unfair.

I was utilizing the app for many things and suddenly like many do not have access to anything. I can totally relate. I also got a CSV file, but it’s basically useless – just a handful of contacts and nothing else. All projects, deals, pipelines, and organizations are gone.
It would have made a huge difference if they had given us even just one day of access to transfer everything. Instead, we’re left with scraps. Really disappointing, and I also feel AppSumo should take responsibility here
i'm in the same boat. just under 1 year of the purchase and they went out of business. i thought amwork had a lot of potential but i should have known that it was going downhill.... appsumo has yet to refund me for my purchase which should be covered under their appsumo plus guarantee. i decided to cancel my appsumo plus subscription until this gets resolved

Reaching out here because email support address is not a working address. And contacting you through Whatsapp is frustrating. The process is not easy and I have not gotten it to work at my end. You have a very good product, but support is necessary especially since there are not a lot of resources in the app our out of the app to figure out how to set things up easily. Thanks

Yes, I can confirm this issue. The support is not reachable at all and I can’t even log in to the platform anymore. That’s very disappointing, especially since I paid a lot of money for the Lifetime Deal. Without proper support or working access, the product becomes unusable, no matter how good the idea behind it is.

Excited we still have this awesome and beautifully simplistic CRM platform! I had wished I was tech savvy to be able to step in just like you did and saved this app! Good to hear it will improve as well. I logged in and saw some updates in the dashboard and that I can now get the automation for $1 a month! Google Calendar soon please!! This is huge. Almost switched to another app, glad I did not
I do not see a way to configure an email to a new lead using an image, say .png or .jpg out of the automation sequences. Maybe I am missing something in the email module of the pipelines?
