The app shut down, is there any possibility to restore, or at least to recover our data ?

Q: Shut down?

Is it closed down? The page is still online, but there is no way to log in, create a free account, or recover your account password. There was no official communication beforehand to back up or restore data, and there has been no support response.

Q: Amwork - No Login Possible Since Over A Week!

Hey amwork Team,
we can't login again to the platfom for almost a week.. And were still not able to export our important business data. When can we expect to get access again?? Or could you at least provide a an export this time? Support Mail is not working - nobody is replying. What's going on?

Q: Will exporting of all data will be available?

First of all: THANKS for aquiring Amwork, as its a GREAT tool! Awesome to see that new energy and honoring the LTDs! <3

As you were also affected from the abrupt disconnect from your own data, it would be great to see a fully fledged export function, that allows every user to export all data as a usable backup at once via the interface, to have the peace of mind, that we never lose control again...

Q: Why can’t I log in anymore to my Amwork account?

I purchased the Lifetime Deal and now I can’t access the platform at all. The support email is not working, and I haven’t received any help so far. This is very frustrating and disappointing — I paid for a Lifetime Deal and expect at least working access and reliable support. Please provide urgent assistance.
