Can you pls advise how can we implement Plan Creator on the “Front End”?
Plan creator is currently enabled for setup on the admin side, so that we can setup the plans and then assign different client accounts to the different plans.
Are we able to implement the Plan Creator Feature on a Landing Page, so that a new user/client can select the plan they want to purchase, get directed to payment and then after filling up their details, their account will be auto setup on the admin side, is this currently possible? As an agency, we usually have to manually administer payment for a client and then manually setup the account for them.
If Plan Creator’s Plan Selection can be displayed on a landing page separately, that be best!

I get that it works in serveral languages. My question is: as I have an ecommerce in 3 languages I will it automatically works in the selected site language by the user? For the bot knowledge I need to paste all the products url and I need to do it in each language?

Q: Remove branding and Airtable integration
I sent an email to support but did not get a response. I purchased Level 5 tier and do not have the option to remove branding. Can you let me know where the option is? I have searched every setting I can find.
Can you also confirm if there will be the option to use Airtable as a data source and when that will be?

They use this feature to showcase what the chatbot would physically look like on their website. The term they use is chatbot demo. Might be a kool feature to include on this software

Q: Using keyboard and screen reader can't gain access to Answerly
Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Is there documentation for keyboard navigation? If I use a keyboard, I can't seem to open the Answerly chat unless I click on it with a mouse first. I need to be able to use keyboard only activation. Similarly, my screen reader (Apple VoiceOver) see's there is a box there but can't read the contents, it lists it as "frame" but doesn't tell me anything about the container and I can't read the text there with Voice over. If I first click on the Answerly area to open it, the chat area is then accessible with keyboard but doesn't tell me what the text area is. It doesn't seem to read the chat content but does see the links and the text area for talking to the bot .
Q: Did this whitelabel issue from May get fixed? It's ESSENTIAL for me.

1. How do you rename the training collections. When I first used it I just went with the default name for the training collection, but now I can't see any way of changing it, which seems odd.

3. How do you change the chat icon on my website. I can change the colors, but the icon doesn't fit in with my design aesthetics, so I'd like to change it.
4. How do I make the agent avatars bigger. My users are elderly and those avatars are so small many of them won't realise it is an avatar of a person and not just a weird shape.
Overall I am very impressed with the functionality of Answerly.
