While watching some YouTube tutorial videos, I wanted to confirm whether you allow third-party integrations in the "Widget Settings" like Zoho Sales IQ, Zendesk, Intercom, or any other chatbot apart from Tawk.to, Crisp, and live chat widgets?
Apart from the website, can we design conversational flow and or have the AI agent capabilities across omnichannel platforms to engage and convert the online visitors? If yes, do we need to design the conversational design flow inside the same widget?
I thought I registered when I redeemed on Appsumo and provide my details on AnyChat. I am on the 3rd Tier/3 Codes. All my access to the various functionality on AnyChat said I must upgrade. So I am suspecting that I have to physically regoster the code provided by Appsumo. Can you tell me where I need to place that code?
