Example set a date or appointment reminder at certain date, and its will send the message to the customer itself on that date. 3. Can i create various message template and saved it ? and then use it when replying customer? 4. If yes on question 3, can i use the message template to blast the message to customers by group? 5. Can i organize my customers into different group? 6. For the chat flow, can i assigned different type of chat flow to my different channel?
Can I achieve this use case? I have built this in Claude projects but am looking for an independent chat front-end intermediary. 1) Implement AnyChat single chatbot on wordpress site 2) Train it to intermediate the writing of a blog article for someone. 3) Anychat takes all knowledge and training docs and feeds AI LLM with a system to publish, and provides custom internal prompt as well as an initialization prompt that is triggered by a command in the chat bot message box. 4) The knowledge files relate to each other, along with the initialization prompt, to form a program. Anychat interacts with an LLM that digests these files, trains on them and knows how to do the work. Anychat is just the intermediary relying on instructions, prompts, and outputs. 5) Anychat can retrieve or submit inputs and outputs (artifacts, mark down, html, text)
