Q: AI translation feature
I have a question regarding the AI translation feature.
Let's say a customer sends a message in English, but my preferred language as an agent is German.
Ideally, I would like the workflow to be:
Customer writes in English.
The system automatically translates the message into German for me.
I reply in German.
The system automatically translates my reply back into English for the customer.
Does AnyChat currently support this type of two-way AI translation inside the inbox?
Also, is the translation context-aware, or is it a direct sentence-by-sentence translation? For example, in customer service and appointment booking conversations, the meaning can sometimes change depending on the role of the speaker.
This would be a very valuable feature for businesses that communicate with customers in multiple languages.
