One problem is that the data controller or processor is located outside the European Union.
Another issue involves risks-for example, those related to the war.

If you could just relocate the company to a country within the European Union-perhaps Bulgaria, Estonia, Ireland, or another nation where the costs of establishing and running a business are low-it would make a big difference.

Moreover, companies within the EU would treat you in an entirely different way.
