So if I buy the product that gives a licence for 10 pay per app subscriptions does that mean I have to pay a subscription every month to appmysite for each of the 10 apps? and if so how much is it approximately??
No, you do not have to pay us any additional fees if you buy a license from AppMySite. Pay-per-app is simply the original name of our plan structure, as seen on our website – https://www.appmysite.com/custom-app-pricing/
If you buy Tier 2, which includes 10 apps, it basically means you can build and publish 10 apps to the app stores. You don’t need to pay us anything extra.
Hello. I’ve currently purchased Tier 1 but am considering upgrading to Tier 2 or 3. However, I noticed that when it comes to app publishing, Android is marked as "coming soon," and only iOS seems to be available at the moment. I’m wondering if this is the case for everyone or if it’s a limitation specific to Tier 1. I’d like to confirm whether Android publishing becomes available starting from Tier 2. If Android isn’t supported, the upgrade may not be worthwhile for me. I’d appreciate your clarification on this.
We apologize for the confusion – Android publishing is available at the moment, and has been since our product launched. You may have come across the Auto-publish/Easy publish section on our website and product. For now, the easy publish feature is only available for iOS. This feature basically lets you publish new versions of your iOS app to the Apple App Store. It’s not a mandatory feature to publish your iOS app to the Apple App Store.
We are planning to launch this for the Google Play Store as well. You always have the option to download your Android app file from AppMySite, and submit it to the Google Play Store with your own account.
I would like to create for my litte Dance Students (like 20 People) this App. My idea was that they can buy an Upgrade to more analytics and dancing information with InApp-Purchases.
Unfortunately, the "AddOn" will cost about $30 per Month. Very Disappointed as a new LTD owner of Tier3.
Could you make it into the LifeTimeDeal, please? Because for me, it would be a "Deal Breaker" and therefore unhappy dancing students which counts on the App :-(.
We understand you’d like us to include features like Analytics and In-App Purchases within the LTD. We appreciate your interest in the feature. However, some features carry an ongoing cost to maintain and run, which is why we can’t include them in an LTD. Every feature you see available as an add-on is not included in our LTD for the same reason.
We understand this is not news you want to hear. We hope you consider trying out our license at the very least. We’re sure you’ll find value in our product.
Q: Bought Tier 5 but dashboard still limited to 1 build
I purchased the Tier 5 deal which includes unlimited Pay-per-app apps, Android & iOS build access, and unlimited builds. However, on my dashboard I only see the Preview plan, limited to 1 Android build and no iOS option.
How do I activate the full Tier 5 license and get access to all promised features?
Since you purchased Tier 5, you should be able to view all features associated with Tier 5, including the iOS option. This could be a technical issue, and we request that you contact our support team. We will have this resolved promptly.
I am reposting because you're not answering the followup: I have an AppSumo Tier 5 and I got emails I have been downgraded to Basic support? Why is that?
I got this email "You’ve now been downgraded to the Basic support plan. If you found value in the Business support plan and wish to continue accessing support via email, chat, and call, consider upgrading."
Your answer on my other post makes no sense: "When you sign up on AppMySite, you’re automatically assigned a Business support plan, for free, for the period of 1 month. Once the one-month period ends, your support plan goes back to the Basic support plan."
Because I activated AppMySite from my AppSumo in August 2021 - years ago and this happened now. Your changing my plan out of the blue.
The reason you received the email now is that we were offering the business support plan to all customers for a month. This was a temporary promotion we ran in February and March. It involved a one-time, one-month access to our business support plan. It was essentially a promotion to let all customers get access to our premium support options. Please understand that the level of support remains the same as we promised back in 2021. You can continue to reach out to our support team and get any issues you are facing resolved.
